We’re Mill [email protected] Farm, a family‑owned farm nestled in Mentone, California, serving all Southern California counties with fresh fruit, pasture‑raised beef and wildflower honey. Twenty‑five years ago, a fledgling apple orchard by the San Bernardino National Forest became the heart of our operation. Over time, peaches, plums, pears, apricots, nectarines and seven avocado varieties joined apples, alongside tomatoes and thriving bee colonies for pollination. Certified with every county in the region, harvest season preorders let customers pick up early‑morning fruit and produce by afternoon, farm to table without ever needing refrigeration.
Our beef program invites customers for on‑farm visits to see purebred Hereford and Hereford‑cross cattle raised without hormones or antibiotics from birth to harvest. On‑site butchering and a minimum 21‑day aging process ensure tender cuts are finished to each customer’s specifications before custom wrap and pickup. Wildflower honey comes straight from our orchard hives in small batches that preserve natural enzymes and flavor.
